Jay Stone Shih is the creator, executive producer, and host of Dialogue360. For more than 15 years, Shih has been engaging newsmakers, scholars, authors, politicians, entertainers, business leaders, Nobel Prize winners, scientists, professors, Presidential candidates and commentators in smart interviews in Mandarin.

A veteran broadcaster, Shih's career spans more than twenty-five years, starting as Taiwan's most celebrated radio program producer and disc jockey. His APM (American popular music) programs were aired by two AM stations and one AM/FM station, covering the entire Taiwanese market. Shih also served as a music programming consultant for major hotels and clubs, produced records and wrote numerous articles for newspapers and magazines. His popular radio program was nominated for Taiwan's Golden Bell Award, the equivalent of the Emmy Award in the United States. His company, Westone Media, has also achieved international syndication of radio programs like ROCK WITH STONE (Shih's popular American rock program), which has been aired both in the U.S. and in over 10 cities in China and Taiwan.
