ABOUT THE SHOW

Dialogue360 (formerly China Crosstalk) had its roots in radio and was conceptualized and brought to the public by its host and producer, Jay Stone Shih in 1997. A Mandarin-based, TV talk show, Dialogue360 showcases internationally renowned guests who are invited to discuss news or issues of particular relevance and interest to the Chinese community. The show is accessible nightly (Monday through Friday) to Northern California's Bay Area, Sacramento, and New York areas, as well as globally through its website www.dl360.tv.

Experiencing popularity early-on as a radio program, the program migrated to TV, marking the first time the Bay Area Chinese community had the ability to direct their questions on air to prominent personalities in a television format. Dialogue360 has showcased an exceptional range of internationally renowned guests who are invited to discuss news or issues of particular relevance and interest to the Chinese community, including film directors Zhang Yimou (director of the opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympics in Beijing), Oscar-winner Ang Lee and John Woo; pianist Lang Lang; actors Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Joan Chen; authors Amy Tan, Anchee Min, Iris Chang; Dr. Kai-fu Lee, Dr. Steven Chu, former Mayor (Taipei) and current President of Taiwan Ma Ying Ju, Dr. Henry Lee; and prima ballerina Yuan Yuan Tan, among hundreds of others.

The programming and syndication activities of Shih and his company company, Westone Media, have drawn widespread coverage by major U.S. and international publications including: Billboard Magazine, San Jose Mercury News, San Ramon Times, Far Eastern Economic Review, China Times Daily, World Journal, Asian Week, and Sing Tao Daily.
